The West London Letting & Management office of Rolfe East opened in 1987 and is situated on The Mall in Ealing Broadway. Although based in Ealing, this office covers a wide range of areas as far as Chiswick, Shepherds Bush and Acton, through Ealing and Hanwell and as far out as Brentford, Greenford and Perivale.

Tenants
With a regular supply of properties ranging from small studio flats to large family houses, our West London Lettings team are able to find a property to meet each individuals requirements.

Landlords
We have a comprehensive database of potential tenants ranging from individuals, company lets, sharers and overseas families. Full references will be organised on your behalf with a legally binding tenancy agreement subsequently drawn up.

Property management
Rolfe East Property Management is responsible for a huge portfolio of properties handled on behalf of their clients. They cover an impressive array of services including rent collection, preparing rental statements, repair and maintenance of properties, arranging Inventory check-ins and check-outs for new tenants, liaison with tax offices and accountants to provide information for Inland Revenue returns, organising Gas Safety Checks and dealing with all legal documentation on behalf of landlords.
