Whether a client is moving within the UK or from abroad we provide the support needed to make the move a positive, stress free experience.

In addition to finding the ideal new home we check out the schooling and other local amenities on our client’s behalf and put together an individually tailored information pack.

Properties can either be viewed by one of our advisors who will e-mail a detailed report including photographs back to the client or we can set up a number of accompanied viewings.

We negotiate all rental requirements with the estate agent or Landlord and ensure that utilities are transferred to the client or company upon move in.

As a final touch, a package of basic groceries will be waiting for our client as a welcome to their new home.
