Cleaning
Most tenancy agreements state that a full professional clean should be carried out prior to each new tenancy to be arranged by either the landlord or outgoing tenants.
Our cleaners are competitively priced and offer the following cleaning packages:
- Basic Clean - a thorough clean of the interior of the property including all fixtures, fittings, appliances, woodwork, interior windows, flooring and vacuuming of carpets
- Deep Clean - a thorough clean of the interior as above plus steam cleaning of carpets
- Deluxe Clean - a thorough clean of the interior including steam cleaning carpets, dry cleaning curtains and removable soft furnishing covers and exterior window clean
