To protect your rental investment from damage and dilapidation we always advise that a full inventory of fixtures and fittings and schedule of condition of the property is carried out upon the commencement of a tenancy.

This initial inventory can be used as a basis for all future check-in and check-out reports to be carried out at the beginning and end of each tenancy.

We offer a fully independent inventory service with all reports being compiled by seasoned professionals with an eagle eye for detail.

Both you and your tenant are given the opportunity to be present on the day the inventory takes place and both will receive a typed copy for future reference.
