Identifying potential buyers, securing quality viewings, market appraisals and sales negotiation. Conducting accompanied viewings when required. Carry out inspections and secure instructions of residential properties. Canvassing to achieve sales targets.

Lettings Consultant
Maximise business and delivers office profit. Achieve targets, prospect and generate new business. Obtain and conduct landlord valuations. Identify potential applicants, obtain quality viewings to achieve lettings sales targets.
