Management
Whether the property you are letting is your home or held for investment we believe it is very important to make sure it is being looked after. This is why we seek to insist on an inventory being compiled at the beginning of a tenancy and the property is regularly inspected.
If we manage your property we deal with all minor maintenance and repair matters and the tenants contact us rather than you. We endeavour to repair all leaks, breakages and faults within 24 hours and report all such costs to you in our monthly Management Statement.
Using state of the art software we ensure that the rental monies are transferred into your bank account within 2 days of clearing in own where possible.
All rental monies are held in our separate client account and as part of our reporting structure we send you copies of all invoices that we incur on your behalf.
Block management
Whether you are a professional landlord owning a block of flats, or a group of tenants who have just bought your freehold we can advise and help you.
The changes to the most recent leasehold legislation means you will need independent and expert advice. This is where we can help you.
At the outset we will inspect the property, and propose a service charge regime that allows for both ongoing maintenance and future repairs.
We deal with block of flats comprising from 2 units upwards and our services have been recognised by many happy landlords.
